Baked Polenta with Bacon

Ingredients:

4 slices bacon, roughly chopped
Creamy Polenta Fina

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F.
Spoon your Creamy Polenta Fina‎ leftovers into 4 ramekins.
Assemble a piece of bacon on top of each. May sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil.
Bake until puffed and lightly browned. 10-15 min.

Match made in Heaven:

Top it with sour cream and try it for breakfast, with steak and eggs!
