4 1/2 C water
1 1/2 C cream
1 C polenta fina
1 t salt
3 T butter
Combine water, cream and salt.
Gradually whisk in polenta.
Constantly stir on high until boiling.
Simmer on medium low, stirring every 30 sec, covering in between, until smooth and thick.
Divide onto plate and top with butter.
Match made in Heaven:
Butter on top! Or even better, fry some onion, mushrooms and Pork Bellies to top!
