1 lb whole white mushrooms
1 T olive oil
2 T butter
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 C parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Preheat oven to 450F.
Stir mushrooms with olive oil, and pepper.
Bake in the oven, stirring, for 20 min.
In a skillet, melt butter, add garlic and mushrooms.
Fry on medium-high until browned.
Season with salt. Garnish with parsley.
