Ingredients:

1 lb yellow potatoes, pelled and diced
6 T olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch Swiss chard, tough stems removed, roughly chopped
sea salt

Directions:

Boil potatoes in salt water until half way to tender.
Add chard and keep boiling with the lid open, until both are tender (5 more min).
Drain the water.
In a frying pan, fry garlic in oil for just under 1 min.
Add potatoes and chard and fry on medium/high for 5 min, stirring a few times.
Add sea salt to taste.

Match made in Heaven:

Grilled seafood.
