Brunch Baked Potato

1 T horseradish
1/4 C sour cream
2 large Baked Potatoes
2 T Devonshire Cream
2-3 slices smoked salmon
2 T dill, finely chopped
sea salt (optional)
red onions, thinly sliced (optional)
capers (optional)


Mix horseradish with sour cream.
Cut open the Baked Potatoes.
Top with Devonshire Cream, creamy horseradish sauce, salt (optional), capers (optional), red onions (optional), smoked salmon and dill.

Match made in Heaven:

Other toppings to try:

Butter, bacon bits, blue cheese, and steak on a side.
Pair it with a Caesar.

Feta cheese, tomatoes, Kalamata olives and red onion.
