Crab and Creamer Potato Salad

1 lb crab legs, cooked and shelled, diced
18 gold creamer potatoes
5 small and thin carrots
few sprigs green onion, finely chopped
3/4 C mayo
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins for 30 min, don’t let the skins to break open. Cool, peel and dice.
Mix with the rest of ingredients.

Match made in Heaven:

A big spoon! :)‎
