1 lb baby potatoes, skin on, washed
4 T butter
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
1/2 bunch dill, stems removed, chopped
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Boil potatoes until just about done.
Drain the water, add butter to the same pot, fry on medium/high until the skin is almost brown.
Add garlic and dill, and let potatoes brown, just a minute or two.
