Perogy Poutine

Ingredients:

3 Roasted Potatoes
150 g cheese curds
1 C sour cream
1/2 C onion, sautéed
4 strips Oven Crisp Bacon, crumbled (optional)
3 sprigs green onion (optional), chopped

Directions:

In a bowl, layer potatoes, then cheese curds. Repeat.
Top with bacon, sauteed onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
Garnish with green onion.

Match made in Heaven:

Bacon makes everything better!
