Shrimp Potato Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb salad shrimp, cooked
5 large potatoes
5 large carrots
1 C mayo
salt and pepper, freshly ground

Directions:

Boil potatoes and carrots in skins for 30 min, don’t let the skins to break open. Cool, peel and dice.
Mix with the rest of ingredients.

Match made in Heaven:

A big spoon! :)‎
