Grilled Romaine Salad with Sriracha Mayo

2-3 heads romaine lettuce
1 recipe Sriracha Mayo
1 recipe Garlic Croutons (optional)


Trim the lettuce at the root, but so it is still together.
Half it lengthwise and gently rinse. Shake off the water and let dry.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Grill romaine with the lid open, cut side down, for 3 min.
Arrange on the plates, brush with Sriracha Mayo, and top with Garlic Croutons.

Match made in Heaven:

A perfect side for your steak or a BBQ feast!
Can also use Smoky Mayo if not a fan of the heat.
And try the Grilled Croutons.
