Ingredients:

1/4 lb field greens, or lettuce
1/2 serving Grilled Vegetables
2 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar reduction
2 T C Parmigiano-Reggiano, roughly shredded
kosher salt

Directions:

Layer on the plate in order:
– field greens
– grilled vegetables
– olive oil
– balsamic vinegar reduction
– salt
– Parmigiano-Reggiano, roughly shredded

Roasted Red Peppers is a great addition‎.
