Radish and Dill Salad

Ingredients:

2 bunches radishes, cleaned, ends trimmed
1/2 C Hellmann’s mayo
1/2 bunch dill, chopped
kosher salt

Directions:

Grate radishes on large so it won’t release water, drain if it does.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients together just before serving. Keep chilled if made ahead.

Match made in Heaven:

BBQ chicken, and a glass of Pinot Gris or Riesling.
Also great with Butter Mashed Potatoes.
