1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 strips Oven Crisp Maple Bacon, chopped
4 strips from Roasted Turkey with Vegetables
3 T butter
1/2 large red onion, julienned
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Steam Brussel sprouts for a few minutes until half way done.
Fry the onion in butter until just before started to brown.
Add Brussel sprouts, fry until just about done, then add bacon, salt and pepper and heat through.
Match made in Heaven:
Can add some toasted nuts or fried sliced mushrooms.
