Roasted Peppers

Set the oven on broil.
Cut peppers in half, take the seeds out.
Line baking sheet with foil and lay peppers skin side up. Broil for 15-20 min or until charred.
Put peppers in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. After about 20 min the skin can be peeled.

Match made in Heaven:

Use this in Grilled Vegetable Salad, or a Grilled Vegetable Sandwich.
