Beet Leaf Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch of beef top leafs, stems removed
2 T olive oil
sea salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 250F.
Wash beet leafs.
In a big bowl, gently stir the leafs, sea salt, and olive oil.
Spread onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 250F until just about crispy.
