Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

10-12 C Baked Pumpkin
400 ml coconut milk
1 C water
cinnamon
nutmeg
salt

Directions:

Mash Baked Pumpkin‎ in a food processor.
Bring to boil with water and coconut milk. Simmer for a few minutes, until well blended.
Add salt and spices.

Match made in Heaven:

Sprinkle some shelled and crushed pumpkin seeds‎ on top.
